Two retaining plates on swivel?
Hi - over the weekend I was stripping the nearside front swivel to change out the rear oil seal. When I removed the retaining plate I have two! (and no gasket)

Just wondering if anybody had this before - knew if this is a known 'improvement' or something?

Cheers

Jim

Thanks Shaggydog - The plates that I am talking about are the ones to the rear/inner side of the swivel hub - they keep the big round donut type oil seal in place. I'll take a piccy later of the offending items Smile

Quite common to find that, several of mine have had two each side.

Some have gaskets, some don't.
