with most you cant unless you cut the guard, and most guards use the same mounting as the Jate ring so need to thin the jate ring to fit DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,

I have a landrover steering guard with jate rings. I had to make my own spacers to replace ones that were fitted with the guard to make space for the rings to fit in. I'll grab a picture.

I did the same as Ray, but I just cut the original spacer down 2014 - current ..... 2003 defender td5 90 (my car)

Purchased a Mantec guard this year and it came with the cutouts for the JATE rings.
Only have to cut in half the bolt spacers to make them fit |
