As a business user, we use the IID pro every day.
When we had a problem with our tool, they had dispatched a new tool to me friday at 4.00 pm.
before I even had chance to read the support mail, the tracking number had turned up
Hats off for a company which is serious about support.
Cheers guys... arranged to arrive Monday at 11:00
