You seem to have a Hertage chassisnumber already when I read your other thread about the Heritage badge. So your dealer should be able to turn up the Heritage seats part numbers. Euuhh, not your dealer of course, but your retailer. You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

Have you considered seat covers?
Britpart do waterproof sand coloured fronts for about £60 a pair. I've got Britpart black covers on the 110, they are excellent fit and quite durable. Unfortunately, they don't do rears in sand. Also, Exmoor Trim do a full set of sand canvas covers for the 90SW, a bit more expensive, but less so than the "ultimate" covers from Melville and Moon, which come complete with Hue166 tags. Like all celebration exclusive parts, seats are prohibitively expensive. I can't say I disagree with this policy, otherwise the celebration models would not be very exclusive. Thanks for all feedback! I do have evoque seats in my 90 now so not for that one. But one classic looking 110. It's a shame they don't make those covers for that model. I guess buying seats for a 110 would also mean getting m&m seatcovers. So 5 seats for a 110 would be around £5000..

Is this a bargain then? Only £1200 including cubby! Oh, they're not heated though... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-HERITAGE-FRO...SwYIxX4ULV Click image to enlarge Or you can have the original green leather jobbies http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/land-rover-defen...Sw8gVX4-8U Click image to enlarge There are some fairly convincing hard top heritage copies on ebay just now, one even has the genuine seats like these. In my view, it's the grasmere green colour that appeals more than anything, so a copy would do fine. I tried their website but there was no option to order with the tags and that would look really nice to have! Any resellers here in UK? Thank you |
