Bleeding the fuel system on a 2.2
Hi All

Can anyone give me some advice or link to a past post on bleeding the fuel system on a 2.2 just want to know if it ever happens how to bleed an air lock from the fuel system.

Hi,

This is not nessisary. Low pressure lines are a loop and feeded by an intank electric pump.

United Kingdom 2010 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 USW Santorini Black
There is an in tank electric lift pump on a 2.2 so it should do it it's self (the 2.4 doesn't have the electric pump, so thats a different matter)

Hi Thanks for clearing this question up for me I no longer have to worry unless the in tank filter fails, any one know if this is a weak point in the system?
