No need to replace pulleys unless they're damaged or have worn bearings.

The how to is stickied to the top of the TDCI forum.

Incidentally i found the genuine belt from my local dealer was actually slightly cheaper than my local factors.

Mine has AC i replaced mine in August, a genuine one from the LR dealer was £29, a Dayco one from the factors was £36.

(The Dealer does give me a discount though)
