That's correct. It is an aftermarket condenser with the original fan fitted.
The aftermarket condenser is bigger/designed for hotter climates. I have the same condenser fitted and opted for a bigger fan that fits to the tabs provided as shown below ![]() Click image to enlarge > 110 XS Double Cab |

That is not an original fan. It is way, way undersized. Land Rover AC fans are powerful and draw serious current. Most off-the-shelf rad fans are not up to the job.
PS: Whoever installed it should be shot without a chance to make peace with their maker. Steel bolts through an aluminium heat exchanger?! |

JB, my thoughts exactly!
However the A/C blows ice cold. Jim |

It does look like the original fan to me, less a chunk of the mesh/grille. Landrover also mounted the fan with steel bolts through the condenser!

Here's a shot of mine, original condenser and fan (2013) bolted straight through the condenser.

Hello Hank, please could you be so kind and have a look for the part nr. of the bigger SPAL fan? I have bought the same aftermarket condenser - NRF 350489 and I am not sure, which fan will fit there.. Many thanks. Petr |

This set up still doesn't look right to me.. It looks as if the frame for the original Land Rover condenser has been used to mount the replacement aftermarket one? Should the old frame not have been removed? Jim |
