Small metal reservoir tank ?
Hi - I am looking for a small (1 to 5 Lt) metal tank for diesel
Needs a filler cap at the top and a small hose tail at the base
Similar to the Steering fluid reservoir on the Defender

I have purchased an old diesel conversion heater kit for my tent stove, but it comes without a diesel tank

Any ideas ??

Install a small fuel tank petcock near the bottom of a 5 l steel jerrycan. Then you can take the jerrycan to the fuel station to refill.

How about a fuel tank from a mower or Kart? Plenty of UK suppliers of steel, alloy or plastic tanks for these.

Example...
