Hi, I did the same swap with mine recently.
I can't remember the size of the bolts but as they bolt straight through once the old bolts are cut out its not that critical. If you are reusing the rear section and cutting the old bolts out you will need to be careful with the angle grinder. I thought my rear section was ok but the flange was heavily corroded and it was just starting to crack behind the weld. I always use a light application of exhaust paste just to ensure a good seal. The front seals on a ring which is part of the cat pipe and doesn't use a gasket. The rear has a metal gasket which is widely available. The only advice I would pass on is to loose fit it first and check the clearances are all ok. You can adjust how the pipes sit by the angle you bolt the front joint up at.
