Hi all
Following my recent altercation of a bovine variety I managed to change the ariel that was damaged , removed my radio to plug in the ariel and on putting it back no power, zilch , nada nowt , check fuses and all seem to be fine , changed them anyway just to make sure , the small 10 amp in the rear of the radio looks ok but I haven't change it as I didn't have one that small. Anything else I should check ? I don't have acces to voltmeter thingy, or have another head unit about to check! It's an Alpine after market one , can't remember the model as I'm at work at moment Oh and me and electrical skills or knowledge are nonexistent Thanks Greg |

Checked the ISO cables and all appear secure , will try the fuse on the back when I can get somewhere that has them

Does anyone know if the standard ariel is earthed ?
If so is it by the clip that the bottom on the sleeve fits in inside the wing ? Sorry for the memory questions , just wondering if that would have a bearing on the radio not working |
