chassis with it's 3 coat of paint after anti rust solution, zink rich primer now the top coat
next to poly bush every thing and rebuild the axles with new diff bearings. 9

Fantastic job! I know this is a contentious point on this forum. But to be honest, after much experimentation I would advise against poly bushes if your vehicle is to be used on the normal road, to occasional off road use. For sure they outlast the rubber bush options, but they are hard and in my opinion, detract from the original road ride that characterised the 110. I have used both and would rather replace a rubber bush twice than a poly bush once unless I was in serious off-road competition.

Update
Axles back in with new suspension and bushes
Chassis has a layer of dust as not been worked on for some time
Now to start to install all new brake lines and fuel line tank etc
Will keep updated
Also just brought a 200tdi discover with mint engine running for cheap will be using this as my donar car
