Not a direct answer, but BAS have also just released their own...fits straight in place of existing... and about the same price point... https://secure.bellautoservices.co.uk/stor...tercooler/ TD5 Defender 90

I have a full size Ali-Sport intercooler fitted and I am very pleased with the performance and build quality, the extra boost in power it gives against the Land Rover original is amazing.
I fitted mine in front of the radiator and I was a little worried at first it would interfere with the cooling of the rad but it does not at all. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

I was looking for one which requires no modification at all to the original setup.
The Allisport is the easiest to fit and is just tightening bolts etc... and is also excellent... I understand that the BAS one is better but requires a few small plastic pieces to be shaved down. I have no knowledge of the paddock one at all but would be interested to hear about it |
