Superwinch Talon into a LR bumper?
Please could I ask if anyone has or has seen a Superwinch Talon 9.5 mounted in a standard LR winch bumper or mantec one designed for the Warn 9.5cti?

Preferably an AC version with soft A bar.

Mantec have been good and dimensions should work but its the grill and alignment of the hawse hole etc.

Thanks in advance of any help.

Hi, I was looking at doing the same, putting a EP9 into a LR bumper, a change of plans meant it never got done.

The mounting holes in the bottom can be re drilled in the correct position, no problem. As you say the slot and holes for the hawse are the problem. I had planned to cut the slot longer and reposition one hole, then make a custom offset aluminium hawse to get it to line up. This was the neatest solution I came up with.
Other option was an adapter plate to reposition the hawse, again, after cutting the slot and drilling holes.

Welding the bumper to fill in one end of the slot was discounted as it would have Censored the powder coating.

These days I'd probably buy a correct bumper for the winch, save the hassle and bolt it straight on.
Good luck, post a picture if you do it, would like to see how you get on.
