Great Customer Service from Devon 4x4

Afternoon All,

I'll start off by saying i hope this isnt against the rules and i dont work for, or have any commercial interest in the company.

I just ordered a new roof tent, awning and a couple of other bits and pieces from Jake at Devon 4x4 - they could not have been more helpful and even advised me on cheaper products that are better rated !

Hopefully i'll get some pictures of the gear when it arrives but for now i am a very happy customer and would highly recommend them

I gave Jake a call after seeing a recommendation on here,
Exmoor trim weren't interested in my custom & Jake sorted it no problem & even saved me money!

I'm impressed too, much rather support a local business than multimillion / billion corporate too.

Online sales are great too, as is product quality.

What was the issue with Exmoor Trim? they only supply through distr anyway i thought? Cheers

No, Exmoor Trim supply direct. I hadn't realised until recently they supplied through dealers

Customer service for my order was rubbish from them.

Exmoor do (try &) sell direct to the public

I wanted some extended seat bases in Neptune trim to match my V8's interior,
I rang them 4 times, each time a failed promise from surly staff to call me back because they needed to check the Neptune cloth was in stock

as an Exmoor Trim distributor Jake got back to me within the hour & they were ordered! plus Devon 4x4 offer free carriage over a set amount £? Exmoor do not,
