Slightly/Very odd question...
Say if someone was really bad at flipping a coin (definitely not me! definitely the other half!... maybe), and it sort of went flying across the car, slid across the dashboard and fell down the back of the dashboard at the passenger side.... is there any way of getting it out without taking the dashboard out.

It's only 5p, and you can occasionally hear it sliding about when turning corners, and I think it's sort of made its way into the middle somewhere...

Last time we flip a coin to decide which takeaway to go to anyway!

Hilarious! A lucky 5p, I say - adding to the character of your truck! Something for your LRS (Land Rover Spider - we all have at least one) to play with!

Annoyingly we eventually mutually agreed on the chippy, to avoid any more coin related incidents, and them little blue plastic forks were 5p each!

"Jess, your eating with your fingers!"

I've recently gained an LRS as it goes! Set up a web between the air intake and the wing mirror! I'm going to feel quite guilty about demolishing it's home when I wash it!

I'll just leave the 5p where it is I think... One little extra odd noise won't harm I guess.

Hire a crane, tip your car upide down and shake the Censored a few times and your 5p will fall out? 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

Not quite sure how I would go about writing a method statement and risk assessment for that Shocked

Haha!

Or filling out the insurance claim forms if it went wrong...

'Well, kind of a long story.....'

On the plus side I found £3.50 in the cubby box this morning. The 5p is now just a distant sounding rattle in the dashboard!

It must be quite a unique Defender if you can hear a 5p rattle through all the other noise and mechanical din? 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

Well when it's not clunking over ruts and bumps, the gearbox isn't clunking and everything else is quiet you can hear it sliding around going round corners...

Tip some coke (the drink) down the vent. it will congeal and encase the coin stopping it from moving.

A bit like this fly in Amber
