Opening day on the rivers - chance for a bit of a jaunt?

I know it's a Defender site, but like a kid before Christmas I can hardly wait for the 16th and get on the river for the coarse season (although I can't go till the weekend as work's in the bleeding way again).
I'll be kicking off with a stick float for some chub and grayling on the Dove.
What've other anglers on the forum got planned? Any trips fishing in the Landy?
Only thing better than fishing is watching/hearing about others fishing🐟
