i like the printing, great idea.

I assume with these, you tap the 3D printed tool in until flush with the case of the TC? 1999 Defender TD5 110

Tap until the seal is seated fully.. Just don't use a 14lb club hammer to knock it in!
It sits nice n flat on the seal, so the chance of splitting or cutting is minimised, it protects the sealing flange (A good word is FLANGE!!).. And if you are really clumsy, and somehow manage to get it really pi55ed and off centre, you won't crack the transfer casing, the drift will go long before you bust / damage the metal! ... ,-------, ..
