Steering guard fitment, 300tdi & puma
Hi guys, quick question.

I'm wanting to buy a steering guard, advertised on here. He said he has it fitted on a 300tdi 110. I have an 09 xs puma with air con. Does anyone know if it will fit mine? Or weather they have changed slightly over the years? Will the air con make a difference?

As Mo says. It'll fit. BUT.... it's a royal PITA to fit to the puma's as you can't get your arm down inside the engine bay to get a nut on the fixing bolts.

I helped a forum member fit a Mantec ali guard to his puma 110, I have the same guard on my Td5.

Mine was about 1000x easier to fit.

Purchased a steering guard from Paddocks for my Puma. No problem fitting, just removed a couple of bolts from the front chassis rails (accessed from underneath) and replaced with those supplied in the kit.
