I am sadly selling my 90 Soft Top - It was a pick up I bought off Matt at FCX http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic42895.html
and then I converted it to soft top with a view to keeping, but SWMBO has agreed to let me buy a 110 Adventure model so pleased in one respect but not in another as I'm only allowed one defender. I do not know how you guys get away with it I must be doing something wrong. All new parts fitted in the conversion. 2.4 2007 Defender 90k miles Just serviced some service history in the service book. New Exmoor Hood & windscreen/door surrounds New Purely metal Hood Frame & seat belt mounting New Purely metal tailgate hinges New Mantec Spare wheel carrier New Wright off road interior acoustic mat Silent sound deadening in the back New Alarm - Not land rover so better hidden New Heated screen with genuine LR switch Wiring for heated seats fitted & connected including genuine LR heated seat plugs & LR switch - put in whilst fitting other electrical bits. New blue tooth head unit NAS rear step Nak Front Drivers Seat extended runners Nak SS door sills Side Steps - individual Skytag Tracker FCX Leather Bits £13,500 ONO Please note the Startech Steering wheel & removable boss & Adventure wheels & tyres are not included in the sale - Standard LR steering wheel & White Wolf Wheels & Tyres Now the bad bits the body is not perfect, on the passenger door the door has been repaired in the past & it could do with being done properly, and by the back filler cap there is a dent where it has been hit in the past but not repaired, plus a hole under the tailgate - see pictures below. I think its a fair price considering the work done but only time will tell. V5 sent off yesterday to take off Private Plate More photos & build info here. Simple SWMBO gave go ahead on 12th May at lunchtime that I could buy another defender but this one had to go - I initially put in the advert that I would put up some photos at the weekend as I do not get home till late so had not had a chance to prepare - wash & clean the car.
I got a number of PMs asking for more photos last night. I thought out of courtesy I would reply straight away & send photos so drove the defender to work - No I do not have car washing facilities at work - took some photos & emailed them & thought put on here so any one interested can see them. I will clean her at the weekend delete these photos & put some new ones up. Seems like sometimes you cannot win 2020 P300 HSE |
