There are pretty much only two suppliers now.
Ones you get with the side panel all seem to come from the same manufacturer so just get the best price you can. Twisted also recently released their own version which has the dash and vents all in one (the others, you must cut your existing vents and clock off). I also believe it is only in gloss black but they may now have expanded the options. Standard unit with side panel costs the ridiculous sum of approx. £300 Twisted one is considerably more but has the convenience of no cutting so your existing dash can be sold on intact. Fitting is very simple and rewarding, do it yourself. This is mine. Click image to enlarge |

The Twisted dash will set you back a cool £600 but it is the best there is out there. It also has the advantage that it comes with the loom to extend the hazard switch so fitting is pretty simple.

The alternative is to get a stereo with a flip up screen, meaning you can use the single DIN slot, but still get a large (7 inch) screen.
I'm just in the process of fitting this one: http://xtrons.co.uk/d766a-7-android-4-44-k...-obd2.html And i'd highly recommend it! I'll get round to putting a write up at some point... |

But if you want Apple CarPlay it has to be double din. No flip up models.

When fitting a DD dash and using the supplied switch plate that sits to the right, there is no need to extend the cable on the Hazard switch or any other of the top row switches, they are all long enough if you unwrap some insulation
