Help... Valve stem caps land rover ninety 2.5 nad (1987)

Hello,

Got a question;
Do ALL nad engines have these valve stem caps (LJC100270).

So far some people say yes and others no...
I already have them, but I want to be sure...

This is how it looks like on my head, not one "cap" ...
And there is some damage...
