Excuse the stupid question again, this is so much easier on a series... What are the easiest routes to pass cables from the cab through to the engine bay without significant modifications? I tried running a cable through the washer pipe holes behind the speaker pod to no avail. Couldn't get anything through and I was worried about holing the pipes. Any other good ways through?
Thanks. 1999 Td5 110 CSW 1961 Series 2 88 LPG |

I used here (borrowed pic):
![]() Click image to enlarge On mine there were some "spare" points which I cut to let the new cables thru. a wire coathanger helps with routing. You can just about (on a Puma) get your hand there from the inside above the brake/clutch pedals... another borrowed pic: ![]() Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated ![]() |

![]() Click image to enlarge Chop off an unused "slot" (as circled) and use that - seems best way... Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |
