"In a special commission by off-road specialist Nakatanenga, Carlex Design has put together a fabulous interior package for a Land Rover Defender. This is a one-off vehicle, but if you like it they can make another one for you."
![]() "The off-road-ready Carlex Design Land Rover Defender features a unique exterior with custom bumpers, bonnet, grille and headlight bezels, as well as side skirts, fender flares, and LED light bars. Off-road wheels and tires are also part of the package. But the real highlight of this car is the interior. Carlex Design Land Rover Defender has a two-tone black and brown leather interior with special upholstery featuring a unique design pattern and the company’s logo. The consoles, arm rests and door cards have also been given a similar treatment. Our favorite part, though, is the dashboard which is wrapped in leather and garnished with a super cool steering wheel. As with most other Carlex cars, it’s the little details the impress the most. In the case of this Land Rover they would be the design of the seats with the unique straps that adorn the side bolsters. They are also to be found on the dashboard and consoles, and complement those exquisite leather door handles." ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge http://www.motorward.com/2016/04/carlex-de...katanenga/ |

Not for me either but I'm sure it will appeal to some!
I do quite like the light bar though, any ideas what it is with the inbuilt mounts? -2015 Defender 90 XS Landmark- |

I'm sure it's very well made but that interior makes me feel quite nauseous

"New version of the proven heater console, it allows the installation of a heater (eg Webasto Airtop 2000 or Eberspächer Airtronic D2) under the Cubby Boy of the Land Rover Defender. In order for this to an armrest in a pleasant level (158mm higher). The display of the heater is inserted into the front panel of the console." ![]() Click image to enlarge |
