Apparently Coal ovens is a new concept in food cooking, The coal oven is a fierce thing that burns at a heat just shy of a supernova so consequently a burger is cooked in a minute and forty seconds or there abouts, which gives a burger full of moisture and flavour, with just a hint of smoke from the oven.

I believe Coal oven cookery is very big in America but is yet to become popular in the UK. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..
