Looks great I'd be tempted to put arches on the back too, I've seen it on a couple of hcpus and it looks great. Ray

Was thinking about putting the rear arches now that the tyres are protruding slightly but I'm putting it on hold for the time being.
Initially, I wanted a DCPU but I need the bigger load space that HCPUs provide. I'm using the truck for my business, mainly to transport goods. It helps that 110 HCPUs are more rare and costs about 30% less than a 110 DCPU here. Winning! The aluminium tub is a local custom, inspired by N&J. Cheers for the kind words gentlemen. One happy owner. Click image to enlarge |

That looks lovely.
Can you also tell me what type of MOMO wheel that is? I'm having trouble finding a similar one on their site. Tdci 110 DC |

Been a while since I added anything to my Dobs. Ordered a pair of Lazer lamps, Zunsport grille, wiring harness, Bowler steering guard and Exmoor hood sticks and canvas.
Everything has arrived except for Exmoor stuff. Look forward to putting her under the knife soon. Click image to enlarge |

Fitted the grille and lazer lamps not too long ago. Very satisfied with the quality and light output. Intense brightness, should be called a Daymaker!
Here's a before and after shot. Before: Click image to enlarge After: Click image to enlarge I also fitted the Bowler Steering Guard just because |

Since I started modding her again, I just couldn't stop with the accessories purchase. It's a steep slope indeed!
My next mod was the Exmoor Trim hoodsticks and canvas. I have to say, my experience with Exmoor trim has not been very pleasant. It took them way too long to sort out my order, over a month even after chasing them constantly. I don't mind waiting if the quality will be top notch but what I received is far from it. First strike is the packaging. When I received it, the box was torn at the corners and the brackets and fittings are falling out ouf the box. Lucky for me, nothing was lost in transit. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Second strike is the rust on hoodsticks. I mean come on, it took them over a month to sort it out and they cant even give me a decent set without rust? Click image to enlarge Third strike is the horizontal sticks, 3 sticks came in correct length, 1 was longer and would not fit. I had to ask my fitter to modify it. Click image to enlarge The canvas however is quality. Love the colour, material and how it fits. I understand that it will shrink in due time. Hope not too much! Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge After that, I decided to soundproof the interior and upgrade the speakers. Ripped the interior apart. Click image to enlarge Soundproofed using Silent Coat. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Soundproofing done, on to the speakers. Upgraded the pathetic factory cones with Focal ES100K. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Last edited by edktr on 17th Aug 2018 3:14am. Edited 1 time in total |

Added Kenwood Subwoofer to the mix. I purchased Mud Stuff Sub Locker and placed it under the cubby box.
Click image to enlarge Love the sound quality from the new cones and sub. Now, listening to tunes during long journeys is a bliss. As it stands now, she's in the garage getting the headlining wrapped in alcantara and upgrading the camera and screen to something of a better quality. With the canvas fitted, I can barely see anything from the rear mirror Incoming parts are Bowler Gearsticks in Silver, Momo Prototipo Heritage in Silver too and Nakatanenga Optimised Air Intake (photos from google).
