If everything is as claimed, then it looks a pretty good deal to me. It looks clean and tidy inside and the galvanised chassis should mean there is plenty of life left in it.

It's a Landrover 110 not a Defender. The correct engine is missing and the interior looks a mess. The paintwork looks terrible and its steep at over £7k for what it is.

I would look for a correct year 300 TDI or early TD5 Defender for that money with history. Galv chassis is trying to pump up what is a dogs dinner.

All IMHO I must add Laughing 1951 80" S1 2.0

The rear wheel cover is from a garage that doesn't have the best of reputations... to put it mildly when I asked for suggestions round Norfolk the general consensus was "avoid at all costs they're a dodgy lot".

Doesn't mean the Land Rover is though of course!

Find another one. Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades.
Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW.

[Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc]

I don't think it's that bad. Galv chassis, 300tdi is a win/win in my book.

As long as it's not puking oil out of the diffs, gearbox/transfer boxes, swivels, I'd be happy with that.

It's not to my taste (like a lot of defenders..90/110's on here, so don't be put off) but it's certainly got potential.

Depending on your intended use and budget, don't dismiss it.

It must be horrible to drive with that cubby-thing there, it's more like a tower block! Corners look sharp too.

It was designed with only a ruler and a pen.
