ESR3690/ESR3691 Tdi oil cooler hoses - end fitting sizes

As above, anyone know what the type and sizes are on the end fittings?

I'm looking at getting a couple of braided hoses made to measure and trying to avoid removing the existing original ones until I have some shiny new ones ready to fit.

Hopefully there is someone out there with the knowledge...
