Hmmm.... Do I have a bolt missing?
Crawling underneath the car yesterday whilst fitting new DRL bumper, noticed this - should there be a bolt there?

Apologies if it's a stupid question, but if there shouldn't be, what is the bracket actually for?

It's a bolt for when they're in transit. Don't worry there's not supposed to be anything there 👍

Thanks both for the lightning quick replies Thumbs Up

Nothing to worry about then!

Love being able to crawl underneath. I'm used to a Caterham which had 65mm clearance from sump to road - had to get it on axle stands to do anything Smile 2020 110 D200 Base - Pangea with satin paint protection

7heaven. You cannot imagine how many people have looked underneath trying to diagnose a knocking noise and celebrated the fact they have found the culprit - a missing mounting! It's Land Rover's warped sense of humour. Defender 90XS SW

I bet!

No idea why the bracket was left in place for so long if it's not used - we'd have saved a few pence not fitting that! 2020 110 D200 Base - Pangea with satin paint protection
