I have them with the DRLs and they are definitely worth the extra. Looks superb and is good for safety too. I didn't fit them myself, but they were fitted incorrectly by TMD and the folks at Auto Audio UK put it right. Look for my thread for details.

Hi Edzi, thanks for that reply. Very helpful. I'm in London too, so I might just get Audio Auto to do them for me, as I want them to work first time, and I have zero technical ability. 🙈
I'm still debating with myself whether to go DRL or not. Really not sure. But they sure seem to look good with or without! |

Here's a link: http://www.autoaudio.uk.com Ask for Greg and say I sent you. He's a top guy and they have an amazingly talented group of people there. I've had a bunch of work done by them and they are superb.
I'd buy the lights and stainless steel rings and then make an appointment to have them fitted. My vote is definitely for the DRLs though |

Personally, I was disappointed with the JW Speaker Evo 2 lights I fitted on YOLO.
I actually thought they put out less usable light than the OEM bulbs! Lots of hype that fails dot deliver on the performance IMHO... The only plus side was they 'looked good' with the modern FCX grill front end... I would now go for the Wipac Crystals with the enhanced wiring loom... YOLO... You Only Live Once... |

Interesting; I've found they are visibly brighter with a much more neutral colour. I did get the WIPAC side lights though; very pleased with those too.

Love mine, especially on the dark roads around the forest at night, fitted a new harness from https://shop.landreiziger.nl/lichtversterk...elais.html I do my thing and you do yours. I am not in this world to live up to your expectations, and you are not in this world to live up to mine

Click image to enlarge Fitting Evo2 with DRL is a doddle Ask Tim for a piggy back loom for the sidelights and there's only a couple more wires Auto Audio are good but not necessary |

Ken, nice truck. Does the cage obscure any vision around the windscreen? Cheers |

Audio Auto just quoted me £300 to fit the two headlights. Wowsers. I think I'm going to read some instructions and attempt it myself after all!
