Wanted - fitting instructions STC50264 protection bar

As per the title, I am looking for a copy of the fitting instructions for the A shaped 'plastic' protection bar. I have one fitted on my 110 that I want to remove in order to replace a bent bumper but not entirely sure how it is attached. Fitting instructions will show this as well as indicating what replacement bits I need to source to refit it to the repalcement bumper.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks zsd-puma - unfortunately that link just takes me to a login page for topic, is there any way to download the off instructions? - I can't find this type of A bar in the accessory fitting instructions under the drop down or by doing a search.
