I've found the replacement Defender!
And it's made in Brazil.

The top two are about the size of a Ford Ranger, so slightly bigger than the 130, and are Euro 5. The green one is only Euro 3 but is more Defender-y in dimensions. Larger ones have rear leaves, smaller ones are coils Dana axles, rear locker, decent load capacities. 6.5t MTW like the Defender and unlike a lot of other vehicles!

I daren't look to see if that is available over here. Looks like it could be quite good fun and different to most other stuff out there at the moment. 1995 300 Tdi Epsom Green - It's a keeper.

The have dealerships there and in Argentina, so not over here sadly.
But you can buy the Lada Niva here so stranger things have happened!
