I've done almost 5000 miles in my defender since september running on the continetals and have no complaints. I've never been stuck in the snow, driven down a lot of roads that haven't been cleared and they cope really well with uncleared/icy outside lanes on dualcarrige ways. So all in all I have no complaints with the continentals other than the option of factory fitted 285's isn't avaliable. Russell Russell 2011MY 110 XS USW Black |

The Contis do look more aggressive than the TRs.
Got Sport Contact 3s (Contis) on my other car - no good in snow but otherwise superb tyres. Will look at Conti if/when my 110 (currently new!) finally wear out. Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion. |
