Car features turned off
So while driving round the M25 yesterday at a leisurely 68MPH (have cruise control activated) I noticed most vehicles have not had some features in their control systems turned on which caused me some concern and so was wondering if anyone else noticed that cars can't drive in lane 1, the cars road sign reading isn't turned on as there is a frequent last minute brake and turn from lane 2 and 3 happening and last but not least the indicators have been disabled? If you do know someone whose car has these features turned off can you ask then to take it back to the manufacturer as there must of been a recall.

Don't worry this failing is not vehicle based but more the soft spongy waste that can be found about 2' behind the wheel. 90 wolf - Jasmin http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic39408.html

Quite a few of our cars have lane keep assist which is a useless app until they realise that unless you indicate a manoeuvre the car actively fights back. Unless the steering is an object avoidance then the algorithm overrides the fight

So pretty soon quite q few bmw'S or the like will be using the no cost option orange flashy thing Rolling with laughter

If you ever think you have a pointless job, remember it takes 2 people to fit indicators to a BMW Running Restoration Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/post323197.html#323197
