Yes of course, pm's are welcome on this, while on the skytag subject, when removing the unit from my old truck I looked at my watch, made a note of the time and disconnected it, fully expecting a text or email saying that the unit had been tampered with, after 3 hours of nothing I wrote an email asking why not, I got a prompt reply saying yes it should flag up but hadn't, and that it would be looked into when I reconnected it, this doesn't fill me with confidence to be honest, just the day before I had received my 30 day test pass email

This seems strange as I've always got the text within minutes....I'd definitely ask them why the delay I started with nothing and still have most of it left!

in 3 years i'd never had cause to disconnect it or the battery, I was disappointed to be honest and told them so, in future disconnecting is something i'll do every now and again

I disconnected the battery once and had no message or email too.
I also had a faulty tracker but they replaced it no questions asked. |
