What do these fixings hold?

So what do these rivet fixings hold? They are on the underside of the offside front inner wing - which I want to remove. Looked from under bonnet but it is not clear what is fixed to the inner wing.

Many thanks for the prompt response.

So how does this affect removal of the inner wing? Do have to dismantle the airbox first?

if i remember correctly from installing my safari snorkel, you could simply drill the rivets out and the intake hosing would support the airbox in place whilst you remove the wing.. Though the intake assembly is so simple it might give you more space to just remove it all prior to taking the wing out.
