An MT82 box in good working order should have a better action than an R380 in good working order (the R380 has always been second rate). There's something wrong, so invite the dealer to put it right.

Ok, so the M82 should be lighter and smoother than the R380?
Not the case in my case. My old R380 was smooth and light. This one is heavy and clunky. |

Which is why I think there's something wrong with it!
I've not yet met an R380 which is as light, smooth, and precise as my Puma. |
