Any Belgian forum members out there.
Hi all,

With family in Flanders we're heading over for Xmas and new year this year from Scotland and for the first time I'm taking my landie. Should anything go awry can any of the Belgian members recommend a good mechanic? Hopefully not needed but probably a good precaution. We'll be in Meise.

With our modern Defender, I am afraid nobody will be able to help you.
A good insurance is the best I think.
Otherwise I will be happy to help you.

I'm not in the area of Meise, but I looked on a Belgian forum and found out this place: LRX Garage in Genappe, which is roughly 40 minutes away from Meise (according to google).

I have no idea if he's any good or what he does, but this way you'll still have an address in case something bad happens...
