Cheers. I looked at the YRM one, by the time you add vat and delivery, is £42. Still an option though 1999 Defender TD5 110

I have been gravitating towards the YRM parts quite a lot lately. Not always the cheapest, but the quality and service from Ronnie is top notch. Everything I have purchased has been an absolute perfect fit. (had to modify an underfloor support, but that's because i wasn't actually meant to fit with a Puma rear seat config.)
I'm amazed at how may different items that have added to their online store over the last year. I hope they continue adding more and more as it gives us plenty of options. it's a Landrover thing... my renovation thread: http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic40792.html |

They do some good stuff. The brackets that I cant find are the ones that the tank strap mounts too.
Looks like it will have to be a breakers yard or a chassis supplier such as Richards Chassis. 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |

The brackets that the strap mounts do are welded to the frame. Could look into getting them fabricated? They don't look too complex. it's a Landrover thing...

They don't look overly hard to make - which is an option.
Hopefully I have sources a tank strap just waiting on confirmation 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |
