How to tell what shade of grey?
When I bought my Defender (2010 2.4) I forgot to ask what grey it was Thud Not a problem because I like it but it would be handy to know, its not on the logbook it just says 'Grey'? There must be a way of finding out??

Plug your VIN into the Land Rover TOPIX technical info site at www.landrovertechinfo.com

You do need to register first though.

If you don't want to, PM me your full VIN (SALLDxxxx) from the V5 or window plate and I'll look it up for you Smile

I think it's the last of the Stornoway. Orkney is a shade lighter. 2016 D4 HSE

I was just going to say about the VIN plate des tail and that it looks Stornoway. Laughing
I'm not so keen on the 'bronzey' grey shades, mines Stornoway too.
