First you remove the upper rear trim panel that surrounds the quarter light windows, to do this simply grab near the door and pull into the vehicles towards the front seats and the metal springs clips (2 on each panel) will undo. Most likely one or both will be found either on the body work afterwards or on the back of the trim panel.

Lower panel is held in place with three plastic screws with heads made of cheese. It's also likely that the two clips holding the top panel will deform enough not to re-seat properly afterwards but these are pennies each from Duckworths
