If it sits higher you can't see through the rear window anymore.
I removed the rear view mirror. Much better if you ask me. |

Can't see that as a problem, bought one of those suction driving instructor type ones and the angle was not a problem, just looked rubbish hence the question.

The problem is, if you change the rear view mirror for one sitting higher up it will no longer be in line with the sun visors when you need to use them,
