Thought those of you who are Series enthusiasts would like this...

Not just that it has an awesome matching camping trailer, but look at the engineering on the truck itself... Tdi, 5 speed, fully disc braked with Salisbury axle... although the rear prop is extremely short! Pete

I think I must have turned into a rivet-counter as I found myself frowning at the pop-rivets on the cappings, stick on door seals and cross-headed screws...Isn't the rear prop too short not to slide apart? I would question how long the front axle u-bolts will stay attached by one or two of those nylocs too.

Someone must have spent an awful lot of time and money on that. Just not my cup of tea. Sorry! Thumbs Up

Definitely a rivet counter! Rolling with laughter That stuff doesn't bother me so much since it's not been built as an 'original' truck.

However, I definitely agree with you on that prop and the nylocs. I bet there isn't as many drafts from the doors though! Pete

Nice find! Hadn't seen that one. The Landy has a nice stance, but as previously said, some of the details are a bit Marmite. I wouldn't mind a trailer like that though, same colour.

All that effort and they've not added a matching spare. Nice but too pristine for me. 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone
