Forgot to add...
I'd especially check the main earth straps to chassis underneath. Remove them, clean and re-tighten. LED's are a lot more sensitive to poor earths and voltage drop by nature, a poor earth connection can cause all sorts of odd issues. |

Had the same problem last week. Was the relay, moisture drips onto it and it'll work intermittently/partially, swap it for a known good one and check again.

Thanks for your help guys. It was the relay. Got a new led variable do dah from the local indie landy place.
I broke the hazard switch opening it up to clean it as I'd been having problems with that too. New one on order and due in tomorrow. 2014 - current ..... 2003 defender td5 90 (my car) 2009 - current .... 2005 zx10r |
