Back end electrics gremlins.

My rear wiper has packed in. When i switch it on the two outer brake lights come on but the high level brake light never now works. All i have done recently is fit a new Hella trailer socket but i don't think that is the problem although when i have the trailer plugged in the wiper arm does give half a sweep. It's crazy!!!! It's driving me crazy too!!!!
Wiring at the back "seems" OK. 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

Best check all the wiring connections are correct.... and the earth connections are good.

2008 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 CSW Bonatti Grey

Try the earths on the transfer box, rear RH side.
There should be 3 on the same bolt, one will earth wiper motor, and all rear lights.
Will also affect ABS/TC lights.
Mine had a broken ring terminal.

Does sound "earthy" to me.. 80" 80" 86" 88" 90"

Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered.
