2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 HCPU Cairns Blue

Warning Sound on Puma

Just noticed this morning , when I turn off the engine there is a beeping sound but no engine warning lights on !!!
Same sound as low fuel warning but still have half tank of fuel, Did notice a slight stuttering of the engine at low revs !!

Anyone else come across this and is it something to be concerned about. And here is me thinking I was over all my problems with this truck.
