two questions. Where is that? And ... How long is the tunnel? Any farther South and I'll need to trade the Defender in for a Landing Craft

Be warned, the tunnel may be closed. It seems to be shut more often than it is open at the moment. Make sure you have up to date info before making the trip up there (although the visit to the fort just before the tunnel is worth it in its' own right).

there is a passing place in the middle but if yous met at the 250m/750m point one of yous have to reverse 250m

We took 2010 part of a guided tour through the Alps with another 11 Defenders, the tunnel was on programm.

Thanks yes I've had it confirmed its been shut now due to landslides, I'm leading a group for a trio in early July next year and it's on the planned route.
