Always handy as a spare I guess, a solenoid refurb kit is not expensive and it's easy enough to do it yourself.
Having said that, they generally last for years and if you're anything like me you'll have forgotten where you left it by the time you do actually need it ![]() |

I had mine done for 70 quid. Now sat as a spare on the shelf incase I need it, or anyone else local to me 2014 - current ..... 2003 defender td5 90 (my car)

I repaired both my TD5 Defender and TD5 Discovery using the kit below from ebay when they had the problem.
