I suspect thats what I'm going to end up doing, but wanted to try and keep the electrics as original as possible especially as its part of the input circuitry on the 10AS. Time to go into the garage and dig through all my old Landy wiring looms to see if I've got some of the correct colour etc. - OCD time. 2003 Defender TD5 Hardtop (current - work in progress)

I ran a new wire from the front to the rear in the end and connected it into the wiring connector roughly at the front in line with the drivers head. Lights and alarm now working great especially now I've fitted a rear headlining and additional lighting. 2003 Defender TD5 Hardtop (current - work in progress) 2014 Discovery 4 HSE (Current) / 2009 Discovery 3 HSE 2009 (Previous) Disco 2 Landmark 2004, 2001, 2002 (Previous) Disco 1 300tdi 1996 & V8i 1995, 200tdi 1993 (previous) Defender 110 300tdi 1993 (Previous) Range Rover Vogue 4.6 - 2001 (Previous) Freelanders TD4 (2001 3 door & 2002 5 door) Previous 90 2.5 then converted to V8i (1990), 90 2.25 then converted to v8 (1986) plus others |
