If you are referring to the DefenDoor, pretty much the reverse of fitting it, there is a lip on the bottom edge with which to ease it off... Thumbs Up

I put a looped cable tie through mine as a finger pull to help pull it off. I used a heated screwdriver to push through the plastic to make two slots for the cable tie:

If it can hold a heavy old GoPro, it surely can stick well to a lightweight piece of plastic... Whistle
