So here is the deal. When bought, our 110 badged as a 60 year version, much like the 50 year black version that was put out a while ago...Trouble is, the warrenty ran out becaue it is appearantly a 2007 ( 60 years should mean 2008, which is what we were told upon purchase) not that that matters much as the dealer threw in a two year extended with purchase, but I guess my question is, Is there such a thing outside of Germany, where we bought the truck and where there seem to be more for sale there, as as 60 year version, not the SVX one?

but that is the deal, it is not the SVX version, the soft top 90 SVX is here, as well as the SVX 110, but this is a different rig. 2008 Defender 110 60 year Edition (sold unfortunately)

I have an SVX 110, does your vehical have an id number. Also does it have the decals, ie 60 on the sides and bonnet and Recaro seats as this was part of the 60th thing.

I wonder what are the special features of your 60 year edition if it's not an SVX. Have the impression this was marketing thing from the importer Emil Frey, sort of launching it's own 60th version to boost sales in Switzerland prior to LR launching it's official SVX version. It is a possibility, but I got the 110 in Germany and there are still a few running around. Besides having the side badges, it has an all leather interior (7 seats) , cold package ( windscreen, seats) AC. 2 tone front fascia ( silver/grey and black) not sure about anything else that might not be normal...I guess it doesn't really matter... thanks for the reply, maybe we'll se each other around one of these days...need to get out to the Zurich 4x4 meetings and trials. 2008 Defender 110 60 year Edition (sold unfortunately)
